Permissions and Device Access

MyCloudVIP® may request access to certain device features and permissions only when needed for features initiated by the user. Users may control permissions through their device settings. Some app features may not work properly if required permissions are disabled.

Camera Access

Camera access may be requested for features such as capturing photos or videos, uploading media, QR code scanning, profile images, educational activities, interactive tools, or augmented reality experiences.

Camera access is used only while the related feature is actively in use. MyCloudVIP® does not use the camera for unauthorized background recording.

Microphone and Speech Recognition

MyCloudVIP® may provide voice-enabled features including speech recognition, voice commands, pronunciation assessment, AI conversations, search functionality, accessibility tools, and translation features.

Speech recognition may use native operating system technologies provided by Apple, Google, Android, iOS, iPadOS, macOS, or related platform providers. In many cases, speech-to-text transcription is processed directly through the device’s native APIs and operating system frameworks.

MyCloudVIP® does not continuously record users in the background and does not intentionally create biometric voiceprint profiles or voice identity databases.

Voice functionality is activated only after the user intentionally initiates a voice-related feature, such as pressing a microphone button.

Depending on the device, operating system, language, connectivity, or enabled feature, transcribed text generated from speech recognition may be securely transmitted to MyCloudVIP® servers or authorized cloud or AI providers solely to complete the requested action, search, AI response, translation, or feature interaction.

MyCloudVIP® does not use microphone access for continuous surveillance, passive listening, advertising profiling, or unauthorized monitoring.

Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal, financial, medical, confidential, or regulated information through voice or AI-powered features.

Apple, Google, OpenAI, and other third-party providers may independently process certain speech or AI requests according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Files, Photos, Videos, and Cloud Storage

MyCloudVIP® may allow users to upload, store, synchronize, preview, convert, organize, process, or share files, images, videos, audio, and other digital content.

Users remain responsible for the content they upload, distribute, store, or share using the platform.

Public or shareable links created by users may become accessible to anyone possessing the link.

Users should avoid publicly sharing confidential, regulated, copyrighted, or sensitive information unless authorized to do so.

MyCloudVIP® reserves the right to remove content that violates applicable laws, intellectual property rights, platform rules, or security policies.

Contacts Access

With user permission, MyCloudVIP® may access contact information to support invitations, sharing features, account linking, communication tools, user-selected workflows, and productivity features.

Contact data is not sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

Calendar and Reminder Access

Calendar and reminder permissions may be used for scheduling, reminder creation, educational notifications, productivity workflows, and AI-assisted calendar features.

Calendar and reminder access occurs only when authorized by the user.

Location Information

MyCloudVIP® may use approximate or precise location information to support location-aware searches, maps, regional content, nearby services, localization features, fraud prevention, or contextual functionality.

Location access occurs only after user permission is granted.

MyCloudVIP® does not perform continuous background location tracking unless explicitly disclosed and enabled by the user for a specific feature.

AI Services and Automated Processing

Certain features within MyCloudVIP® may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, language models, translation engines, voice synthesis, or automated cloud processing technologies.

User-generated prompts, uploaded content, voice-transcribed text, files, or feature requests may be securely transmitted to authorized AI or cloud providers solely for the purpose of delivering requested functionality.

AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, appropriate, or current. MyCloudVIP® does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, educational suitability, or reliability of AI-generated content.

AI outputs should not be considered legal, financial, medical, psychological, emergency, or professional advice. Users are responsible for independently reviewing important information.

AI services and providers may evolve over time as technologies change.

Device and Network Information

MyCloudVIP® may automatically collect limited technical and diagnostic information including device type, operating system version, app version, browser type, language settings, IP address, connection status, crash reports, usage analytics, performance metrics, device identifiers, and network metadata.

This information helps improve reliability, compatibility, security, fraud prevention, performance, troubleshooting, and user experience.

Authentication and Cloud Infrastructure

MyCloudVIP® may use trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and authentication providers including Google Firebase, Google Cloud, cloud hosting providers, AI service providers, analytics services, and payment processors.

Account-related information such as email address, authentication identifiers, login timestamps, profile settings, subscription status, and usage information may be processed to support account security and platform functionality.

Public sharing links associated with deleted accounts may become permanently inaccessible.

Some MyCloudVIP® services may be used by students, minors, schools, teachers, parents, guardians, educational organizations, and franchisees.
